Highlands Regional Medical Center has exciting opportunities and programs for Nurses to take advantage of. Each program is tailored to meet the specific needs of our unique census fluctuation and the needs of the employee. Our pay rates are top of the line, while offering the scheduling flexibility and choice necessary for our employees and their families to enjoy their leisure time.

Full-Time Option

Pay rate is based on years of experience in the particular area of expertise.
Full benefits (medical, dental, 401(k), etc.) are offered, as well as vacation, holiday and sick day accumulation.

Recruitment bonuses are available for RNs and LPNs with a one-, two-, or three-year commitment.

Relocation assistance is available.
 

Graduate Nurse Training

HRMC values the chance to train the up and coming Nursing professional. We hire the newly graduated RN or LPN and provide them the experience they need to feel comfortable on their own.

Graduates are matched with mentors and experience a nursing orientation program tailored to their specific needs.


HRMC offers current employees nursing scholarships to the local community college for the LPN, RN or bridge program. We also work around your school schedule during your classroom experience.
