Your doctor's office may schedule this appointment for you, or you can call 863-471-5812 to make this appointment yourself. The preoperative interview and tests take about an hour, depending on the number and type of tests requested by your doctor. Please bring any orders and forms your doctor may have given you, and your social security and insurance identification cards.
