You will need to follow your doctor's instructions about activity, medicine, diet and therapy. But most importantly, get plenty of rest. You will receive a phone call from a member of our staff one or two days after surgery to check on your condition. If you have difficulty breathing, have an elevated temperature, excessive bleeding, vomiting or other unusual symptoms, contact your doctor immediately.
