Having family and friends visit while you are in the hospital can be an important part of your recovery process and Highlands Regional welcomes them. However, rest and relaxation are also important to your recovery, so we have established visiting guidelines to allow patients to rest and recuperate. Certain situations require special consideration and in those instances our staff will accommodate your needs whenever possible. Please speak with our nursing staff if you feel your situation needs special consideration.
8 a.m. - 8:30 p.m.
The Highlands Regional Medical Center Intensive Care Unit will be open to visitors with the exception of closures during the following hours:
Morning Hours: 7 a.m. - 9 a.m.
Evening Hours: 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.
We ask that no more than two immediate family members visit at any one time. Please no children under the age of 12 permitted in the ICU for the safety of the child and the patients alike.
